Where do you deliver?

We mainly deliver within the UK. Where international delivery is available, you'll see the cost at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Each product page shows its estimated delivery time just under the price. You'll find full details in our Shipping Policy.

How much is delivery?

Many of our products ship free. Where a delivery charge applies, UK Standard is £4.99 (free on orders over £50) and UK Express is £6.99. You'll always see the cost before you pay.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Our products come from different trusted suppliers, so items in the same order may be sent separately.

How can I track my order?

Can I return something?

Yes – you have 30 days to return any item, and returns are free. See our Returns page for how it works.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Sorry about that! Email us a photo of the problem and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
