Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, returns are free and easy.

Free 30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, and we'll cover the return postage.

How to return an item

1. Email us at support@keepcozyco.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with your free returns label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely – in its original packaging if you still have it – and send it back.

Please contact us before sending anything back, as we'll need to give you the correct return address.

Condition of returns

Items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, with all parts and accessories included.

Refunds

Once we've received your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you to confirm when your refund has been processed.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
