We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
Delivery times
Every product page shows its own estimated delivery time, just under the price. Estimates are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) and start once your order has been processed.
Our products are sent from different trusted suppliers, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Delivery costs
- Many of our products ship free – you'll see the delivery cost for your order at checkout before you pay.
- UK Standard: £4.99, or free on orders over £50
- UK Express: £6.99
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. You can also visit our Track Order page.
Delivering outside the UK
We mainly deliver within the UK. Where international delivery is available, the cost is shown at checkout. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
